My first entry in 2015. Things are quite hectic.So many things to do so little time. But I take my fun whenever I can.
Last month is for me (and the entire world really) saying goodbye to the beloved The Hobbit Trilogy. Being an emotionally attached (invested) individual towards fictional characters, the experience of The Battle of Five Armies is nothing but painful. I know how the story end and yet it didn't mentally and emotionally prepare me from seeing my favourites died on the big screen. Now I'm waiting for the dvd because I'm going to marathon The Hobbit and then followed by The Lord of the Rings (and then cry buckets of tears).
Legolas is my favourite in LOTR. and I love Thorin in the Hobbit (driven mad with greed/arkenstone and all) but another strong contender is Thranduil. HE IS BEYOND FABULOUS and Lee Pace is amazing okay~
LOOK HOW MAJESTIC AND FABULOUS THIS ELVEN KING IS!!!~
and that last scene when Thranduil is frantically searching for Legolas among orc dead bodies just breaks my heart. This proud king that is being portrayed as aloof and cold showing such manner and emotion for the first time fearing the worst luck for his son. ALL MY FEELS!!
On the different note: Richard Armitage (Thorin Oakenshield) is confirmed to make appearance (for 6 episodes) in Hannibal season 3. WHAT A GREAT TIME TO BE ALIVE!!! and he will play Francis Dolarhyde a.k.a The Tooth Fairy (more serial killers to be loved)sound so wrong I know but this show is all about a cannibal and serial killers. so yeah basically..
CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THIS MAN ON TV!!
